Each balloon design includes up to 3 colors of your choice, which we’ll finalize together during your consultation to match your theme and vision. Professional installation is included in all hoop and arch orders.

Hoops

Full Hoop - $325
A dramatic 9ft circle, styled all the way around. Finished size appears closer to 10ft once balloons are added.

Partial Hoop - $225
Styled on 2/3 - 3/4 of the frame for a modern, elegant look. Finished size approx. 9.5 - 10ft.

Arches

Single Arch (7ft) $200
Finished size approx. 8ft once styled with balloons.

Double Arch Combo (7ft + 6ft)

Layered arches styled together for extra depth and dimension.

Triple Arch Package
(7ft + 6.6ft + 6ft)

A full statement backdrop — finished size spans approx. 9–10ft wide and tall once styled.

Rectangle Arch

7ft wide x 6ft tall - $325
Once styled with balloons, finished size appears closer to 7–8ft tall and 8–9ft wide. A modern, bold backdrop perfect for weddings, showers, and photo moments

All balloons are left with the client after installation. Frame rentals (arches, hoops, stands) will be collected by Hazel Rose within 48 hours. Clients are responsible for disposing of balloons after the event.

Optional takedown service is available starting at $125.
