What to Expect
Once you fill out the Balloon Request Form, we’ll review your details and give you a call for a personal consultation. This step is essential — it allows us to talk through your event theme, finalize your color palette, and ensure the design reflects your vision.
During your consultation, we’ll:

Confirm your event details, setup, and timeline.

Discuss color choices (up to 3 standard colors included).

Explore any add-ons (foils, floral, greenery, vinyl lettering, etc.).

Provide a customized quote and next steps.
Booking Recommendations
Our calendar fills quickly! We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to guarantee your date and allow time for custom design details. For last-minute requests, reach out — we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Payment Details

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date (due at contract signing).

The remaining balance, including tax, is due 7 days before your event.

DIY Grab & Go Garlands require full payment at the time of order.
