Every Hazel Rose grazing table is a show-stopping centerpiece designed to feed your guests in style. Each table is customized for your event with a luxurious spread and beautiful presentation that will have guests talking long after the last bite.

How Many Guests Are You Hosting?

Our pricing is tiered by guest count:

Up to 49 guests – $26.00 per person

50–74 guests – $25.50 per person

75–99 guests – $25.00 per person

100–124 guests – $24.50 per person

125–149 guests – $24.00 per person

150–174 guests – $23.50 per person

175–199 guests – $23.00 per person

200+ guests – $22.50 per person

You can select any guest count within these ranges — for example, 60 guests at $25.50 per person = $1,530.

Our grazing tables are designed to fit any size celebration, from small gatherings to large events. Each display is styled to match your space and guest flow — always beautiful, always abundant.

Optional Add-Ons

Teardown Service – End-of-event packing & removal, $125 (travel fees may apply).
Décor Enhancements – Florals, signage, or themed props by request.
On-Site Attendant – Keep your table refreshed and guest-ready, $50/hour + travel. Food replenishment available at 15% of your table price.
